As part of our continued growth, we're looking for two exceptional Retail Store Managers to join our team:

? Murray Bridge - Lead our established and successful store

? Munno Para - Launch and lead our brand-new store opening soon

Thrive Mobility currently operates stores in Klemzig, Norwood and Murray Bridge, with Munno Para representing the next exciting chapter in our expansion.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead all aspects of store operations, including:

- Team leadership and development
- Sales performance and business growth
- Customer service excellence
- Store presentation and merchandising
- Inventory and operational management
- Building relationships with local healthcare professionals and community partners





This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help customers find life-changing mobility and independent living solutions while driving the success of your store.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

✔ Previous retail, showroom or store management experience

✔ A robust track record in sales and team leadership

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

✔ Confidence working independently and taking ownership

✔ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business systems

Industry experience in healthcare, mobility, aged care, disability services or assistive technology is welcome but not essential. We provide comprehensive product training and support.
