As HMR continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and motivated Diamond Drillers to join our expanding operations across Western Australia.

The Role

HMR is seeking motivated Haul Truck Operators to join our underground mining teams. You will be responsible for hauling ore and waste safely and efficiently to support production targets.

- Location: Cobar Region
- Roster: 7/7
- Residential | DIDO

Responsibilities

- Operate underground haul trucks, safely and productively
- Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and site protocols
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators
- Identify hazards and report issues promptly
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and equipment care

Qualifications / Requirements





- Previous mining industry experience is preferred but not essential, as full onsite training will be provided.
- Experience in the operation of heavy equipment i.e. Civil, Farming and Trade related skills
- Willingness to learn, a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Possess strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High regard for safety and teamwork
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
- Police clearance within 6 months
