About the Opportunity
You ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a new store, working autonomously while partnering with a Regional Manager to drive performance and establish a successful team.
- Leading, coaching and developing a motivated retail team.
- Driving sales performance and KPIs, including average transaction value, basket size and add-on sales.
- Managing daily store operations, visual merchandising and stock presentation.
- Creating a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and a shared passion for retail.
