The role oversees 800+ Support at Home and 3,000 CHSP clients, driving clinical excellence, service improvements and commercial performance across dispersed teams up to North Brisbane.

You will work with the Executive GM to strengthen governance, improve care planning, and leverage data via Power BI to unlock productivity.
