About the role:

You will:

- Lead and support a team of gym instructors, personal trainers, and reformer Pilates instructors
- Drive the delivery of high-quality, protected and inclusive health club programs and services
- Develop and motivate staff to achieve exceptional member experiences and outcomes
- Monitor program performance, participation and budget targets to support business growth
- Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a positive and welcoming club culture

About you:
