THE ROLE
Working alongside experienced sales agents, you’ll gain practical experience across the residential sales process while developing the skills to become a successful agent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Building relationships with buyers, sellers and local residents
- Assisting with property appraisals and listing presentations
- Conducting open homes and following up with prospective buyers
- Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining client relationships
- Assisting with property marketing campaigns and sales negotiations
- Developing your knowledge of the Upper Hunter property market
- Learning how to win listings, negotiate deals and achieve sales targets
ABOUT YOU
- Current Certificate of Registration and real estate licence are essential
- A genuine passion for property and a desire to build a career in sales
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Motivated by targets, results and achieving goals
- Professional, organised and eager to learn
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous real estate sales experience will be highly regarded
