Mineral Springs Hotel is seeking a dynamic and hospitable Food & Beverage team member to join our growing business. This is a casual position in our vibrant hotel located in the picturesque town of Hepburn Springs, Victoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall dining and drinking experience for our guests.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing friendly and efficient table service in our restaurant and bar areas
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests
- Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of dining and bar areas
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation is maintained at all times
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing and food safety regulations
- Providing recommendations on our food and beverage offerings to enhance customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably within a bar or restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace as well as independently
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage products and preparation methods
