The business delivers commercial fit-outs and recent builds up to $15 million. Its commercial work spans workplace, hospitality, healthcare and retail, with an emphasis on technically detailed projects and quality finishes. 70% percent of the projects are bespoke commercial fit-outs.

Attention to detail and integrity underpin the culture. The directors remain involved and accessible, giving experienced people room to make decisions while providing support when needed. Tier 1 systems and commercial processes provide structure around delivery without layers of management between you and the people making decisions.

As Construction Manager, you will oversee multiple projects and support the teams delivering them. You will provide direction on programming, resourcing, subcontractor performance, safety and quality,



identifying issues early and helping teams resolve them. Working closely with the directors, you will also help improve delivery practices as the business develops.

You must already have at least 12 months' experience as a Construction Manager or in a comparable position overseeing multiple projects and delivery teams.

Salary is up to $250k, including super and plus bonuses. For the right candidate, this is negotiable.

Experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial head contractor is essential. You will bring established commercial construction practices and the judgment to apply them within a smaller business. A background limited to Tier 3 residential construction or civil contracting will not meet the requirements.
