Your role will be to support very busy Specialists with second to none admin support. You will report to the Practice Manager.

Accepting full time applicants.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Running of busy clinics with high patient flow

- Booking a range of appointments including diagnostic tests, consults and procedures

- Updating records, scanning and importing medical results and documentation

- Billing, debt chasing (including liaising with Medicare and Health Funds)

- Manage a high volume of phone calls and other administrative duties

Skills & experience:

- Over 5 years Medical Reception or Practice Management experience is essential for this senior support role (in a specialist or GP environment)

- You must work well in a high volume, fast paced environment

- Need to prioritise competing demands and stay calm under pressure.



You will have exceptional multitasking and delegation skills

- Must be willing to travel to multiple sites (Westmead, Bella Vista, Castle Hill) and have your own reliable transport

- High level of emotional intelligence, high energy and a pleasant disposition

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- You need to be able to work well within a team as well as independently

- Show patience and empathy when dealing with patients, colleagues and doctors

- Demonstrate ability to work effectively with a range of personality types

- High attention to detail
