This probably isn't your standard HVAC job ad.

DON'T APPLY FOR THIS JOB... if you're a Debbie Downer ?

We’re Melbourne Gas & Air Conditioning Group, based in Mill Park, and we’re looking for Mechanical Plumbers and Refrigeration Mechanics who want to be part of what we’re building.

We’re an award-winning, growing HVAC business, we’re highly active across social media, and we’re not afraid to show people what goes on behind the scenes.

Have a look at our socials before you apply. You'll get a pretty good idea of who we are, the work we do and the team you'd be joining.

And one of the biggest differences?

? We keep it local.

Our core service area is approximately 20km from our Mill Park base, meaning we're not interested in sending our technicians all over Melbourne every day just to fill the diary.

We want to build a great HVAC business in our own backyard.
