Queensland Sign Factory is looking for a reliable, practical person to join our team as a Casual Real Estate Sign Installer.
This is a Monday-to-Friday role, with up to 38 hours available each week. Based at our Everton Hills workshop on Brisbane’s north side, you’ll travel throughout the greater Brisbane area installing and removing real estate signs.
This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors and managing their time to complete a daily run. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What you’ll be doing
- Installing and removing real estate signs at residential and commercial properties throughout Brisbane
- Safely securing signs according to job requirements
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Following a daily job schedule provided through our mobile app
- Taking completion photos and accurately updating job information
- Reporting damaged signs, access issues or other problems to the team
- Keeping the work vehicle, tools and installation materials clean and organised
- Communicating professionally with clients, agents and members of the public
- Assisting in the workshop when required
What we’re looking for
- A current open manual driver’s licence
- Reliability and the ability to work independently
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Confidence using basic hand and power tools
- Positive communication and customer-service skills
- A commitment to safe work practices
- The physical ability to carry, lift and install signs in an outdoor environment
- Previous signage, installation, construction or trade experience is highly regarded but not essential
