Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure OHS policies and procedures are adhered to
- Manage the installation / application of render and associated foam installs
- Installs are completed in full and on time
- Installs are completed to a high-quality standard that minimises warranty and maintains strong customer satisfaction
- Ensure installs are performed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Mange site labour
- Manage requests for maintenance in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate information in the Boardpro system
- Be the go to person for site supervisors
- Authorise contactor payments
- Manage extra site works as required
- Lead a pro-active culture
