What will you be responsible for?
This role sits as part of our Marketing team and will work in close collaboration with our Marketing team leaders. You’ll work on campaigns across all our brands and interact cross-functionally with Sales and Operations.

Your key activities in this role will be:-

- Building and running prospect nurture and cross-sell journeys, primarily in Pardot with Salesforce and HubSpot support
- Setting up end-to-end webinar programs – registration, reminders, attendee and no-show follow-up, and post-event nurture – integrated with our webinar platform
- Building, testing and deploying campaign emails, and managing segmentation and lists
- Taking a brief, challenging it where needed, and recommending improvements to journey design, cadence and content
- Setting up journey reporting on engagement, conversion and pipeline influenced
- Maintaining data quality, naming conventions and journey maps, and documenting your builds so our internal team can run them

Our ideal candidate?
We’re on the hunt for an individual who is team-oriented, highly-communicative, a problem-solver and brings a positive attitude to the workplace every day.

- 3+ years’ hands-on build experience in Pardot, including Engagement Studio, automation rules, dynamic content and segmentation
- A proven record building and running B2B lifecycle programs,



including post-sale client journeys – not just acquisition
- Confidence working autonomously from a brief and advising stakeholders on lifecycle best practice
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM sync and campaign attribution, plus webinar program builds (e.g. Zoom, ON24 or GoTo integrations)
- Strong HTML email and landing page skills, with a solid grasp of deliverability and Spam Act 2003 compliance
- Bonus points for HubSpot experience, Pardot or HubSpot certifications, nurture copywriting, or a B2B SaaS or professional services background (HR, payroll or compliance especially)
