We are a self-licenced financial planning firm based in the Sydney CBD, working with HNW and retiree clients. With 3 advisers and 10 staff, we run a professional, values‑driven business where client service is taken seriously.

Our firm has high growth plans, and it will be fast paced. This will be a fun role, but also challenging. You will need to be assertive, confident and a self-starter who does not need to wait for instructions but gets on with it.

This is not a role for someone looking for a shortcut to an adviser title.

It is a role for someone who wants to learn the craft properly, work closely with experienced advisers and build the skills, judgement and relationships required to become an exceptional adviser.

What This Role Is Really About

You will work closely alongside experienced advisers to help deliver advice, manage client relationships and ensure clients receive an outstanding experience.

Over time, you will develop the technical, communication and relationship skills required to become a successful adviser.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend client meetings and assist advisers with preparation and follow-up

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Assist with strategy research and advice preparation

- Review client circumstances, financial information and objectives

- Support the preparation and implementation of Statements of Advice and Records of Advice

- Manage ongoing service requirements and annual reviews

- Maintain accurate client records and workflows in Intelliflo

- Work collaboratively with advisers, paraplanners and client service staff

- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and business processes

- Progress towards managing your own client relationships and advice responsibilities over time

About You

You may currently be an Associate Adviser, Paraplanner, Client Services Officer or Adviser Support professional looking for the next step.

We're interested in people who:

- Have experience working within a financial planning business

- Hold or are working towards relevant financial planning qualifications

- Have a genuine passion for helping clients achieve better financial outcomes

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

- Are organised,



proactive and detail-oriented

- Take ownership of their work and follow things through

- Enjoy building relationships with clients and colleagues

- Want to build a long-term career in financial advice
