Share your expertise. Inspire future HR professionals. Help shape someone's career.

Are you an experienced Human Resources professional who loves sharing knowledge, developing others and helping people reach their potential?

At Hader Institute of Education, we believe excellent trainers do more than deliver course content. They inspire confidence, share real-world insights and help learners develop the skills they need to build successful careers.

We're looking for passionate and experienced HR Trainers and Assessors who bring together strong industry expertise, engaging facilitation skills and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

If you enjoy bringing learning to life, connecting with people and seeing the difference your knowledge can make, we'd love to hear from you.

About Hader

Hader Institute of Education is a Melbourne-based Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised qualifications through flexible online learning.

As we continue to grow our business faculty, we're looking for experienced HR practitioners and VET professionals to help us deliver high-quality, practical and engaging learning experiences.

You'll have the opportunity to support students studying:

- BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management

- BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management

Our focus is on preparing learners for the real world, helping them build not only their technical knowledge but also the confidence and practical skills to succeed in their careers.

About the role

This is an opportunity to do more than teach. You'll play an important role in someone's professional journey, helping learners connect theory with practice and develop the skills they'll use throughout their careers.

Drawing on your own HR experience, you'll create an engaging and supportive online learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate, ask questions and grow.

What you'll be doing:

- Bring learning to life by facilitating engaging weekly 3-hour live Zoom classes, using real-world examples, case studies, discussions and role plays.

- Share your industry expertise to help learners understand how HR principles and practices apply in the workplace.

- Coach and mentor learners, providing constructive feedback, encouragement and individual support throughout their studies.

- Assess learner competency through our aXcelerate learning management system and practical workplace simulations.

- Support learner success by responding to questions and providing guidance within agreed timeframes.

- Help us continuously improve by contributing to assessment validation, moderation, industry engagement and the ongoing development of our learning programs.

About you

We're looking for someone who combines practical HR expertise with a genuine passion for developing people.

You're confident facilitating groups, enjoy making complex topics easy to understand and know how to create a learning environment where people feel comfortable contributing.

Importantly, you understand that every learner brings different experiences, abilities and aspirations, and you enjoy helping them achieve their goals.

To be successful, you'll need:

- A recognised training and assessment credential, such as TAE40122, TAE40116 or an accepted diploma or higher qualification in adult education or VET.

- Relevant Human Resource Management qualifications, including BSB40420 and/or BSB50320, or recognised equivalents, aligned with the qualifications you will deliver.

- At least 2 years' recent practical experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of contemporary HR practices.

- Evidence of current industry engagement and professional development within the past 12 months.

- Current knowledge of VET training and assessment practices, supported by relevant professional development within the past 12 months.

- Confidence using Zoom, learning management systems and Microsoft Word.

Even better if you have:

- Experience facilitating engaging live online learning sessions for adult learners.

- A background in learning and development, leadership development or workplace coaching.

- Experience translating real-world HR challenges into practical learning experiences.
