MSI Australia, Melbourne clinics, seeks a Medical Administrative Assistant to provide a qualified, empathetic point of contact for clients. You will ensure correct client admissions, assess eligibility for government benefits, and manage invoicing and documentation for claiming.

You will support data entry, medical records integrity, and privacy while delivering excellent service. The role reports to the Nurse Unit Manager and runs 32 hours over four days weekly.
