About the Role
Based in Withcott, just outside Toowoomba, this is a practical entry‑level role for someone keen to build a career in AV and project delivery. You’ll help keep jobs, people and information organised — and pitch in on site when the work calls for it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help coordinate jobs, service requests, crews, suppliers and site activity
- Keep job updates, documentation and follow‑up organised
- Support the team with procurement, task tracking and close‑out preparation
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, trades and suppliers
- Get involved with practical AV and site‑support work when needed
- Learn TBP’s AV systems, processes and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
You must have:
- A genuine willingness to learn how delivery work is coordinated
- Strong organisation, follow‑through and clear communication
- A practical, hands‑on approach — and willingness to get your hands dirty when needed
- The ability to learn new systems, technology and processes quickly
It’d be great if you have:
- Any AV, construction, electrical, communications or technical exposure
- A current White Card and driver licence
You’re dependable, curious and happy to get stuck in. You take pride in helping people get things finished properly, you keep your word, and you’re keen to build real capability in AV and project delivery.
