Sedgman is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our growing team in Perth on a 12-month contract. With a strong pipeline of multi-discipline projects across the Minerals Processing sector, this role offers the chance to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.

You will work closely with clients and multi-discipline stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions across both greenfield and brownfield projects. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced consulting workplace, shaping innovative solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities:

- Senior Process engineering scopes for minerals processing and mining projects, ensuring technical compliance with client standards, and seamless integration into new and existing facilities.
- Provide design and analysis for mineral processing projects. Working through all phases from concept to execution.
- Mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Oversee and manage the Process discipline project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams, clients, and site personnel to develop and implement practical engineering solutions

Qualifications,



skills and experience:

- Bachelor's in Chemical (Process) Engineering
- 10 years of relevant engineering experience in the Mining and Metals industry
- 5+ years demonstrable commissioning lead experience
