Job Summary We are looking for an experienced

Oracle EPM Solution Architect – EPBCS

to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in

Oracle EPM Cloud, EPBCS architecture, planning and budgeting processes, integrations, solution design, and stakeholder management . The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end solution architecture and design

for Oracle EPBCS implementations and transformation programmes.

Understand business requirements across

Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, and Project Planning .

Design scalable EPBCS applications, including

dimensions, cubes, forms, business rules, calculations, workflows, approvals, and security models .

Define application architecture, metadata structures, data models, and planning processes aligned with business requirements.

Lead integration architecture between EPBCS and Oracle/non-Oracle applications using

Data Integration, Data Management, REST APIs, EPM Automate, and other integration technologies .

Design and implement

Groovy scripts, business rules,



calculation logic, and automation frameworks

where required.

Drive application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and technical governance.

Provide technical leadership to implementation teams and review solution designs and technical deliverables.

Collaborate with Finance, FP&A;, IT, business process owners, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into effective EPM solutions.

Lead solution workshops, requirement discussions, architecture reviews, and client presentations.

Establish standards and best practices for

EPBCS development, security, integrations, testing, deployment, and support .

Support estimation, solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pre-sales activities where required.

Mentor consultants and contribute to building Oracle EPM capability within the organization.

Mandatory Technical Skills AreaRequired Expertise

Oracle EPM 8+ years of Oracle EPM experience EPBCS

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS

PlanningFinancial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Architecture

End-to-end EPM solution architecture Business Rules , Calculation Manager / Groovy

Integration, Data Integration / Data Management, REST APIs , Automation, EPM Automate

Security, EPM security, roles, access and provisioning

Data, Metadata, dimensions, hierarchies and data models

Cloud, Solid understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud

Preferred Skills

Experience with

Oracle Hyperion Planning / Essbase .

Experience in

EPBCS application migrations and modernization .

Exposure to

FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, or other Oracle EPM Cloud modules .
