Accessibility Specialist
to: Embed accessibility throughout the
design and development lifecycle Collaborate with designers, developers, and researchers across multiple projects Identify and resolve accessibility issues in
wireframes, prototypes, and front-end code Conduct
manual accessibility testing
using assistive tech (screen readers, speech-to-text, magnifiers) Influence and support
automated accessibility testing What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in accessibility across
mobile apps
(Android/iOS) and
responsive web Deep understanding of
WCAG ,
ARIA/WAI-ARIA , and
platform-specific guidelines Hands-on knowledge of assistive technologies and how people with disabilities use them Experience reviewing
Figma/Axure designs
