Little H Cafe Duncraig is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Chef to join our team on a full-time basis!

We serve a simple, quality-focused all-day à la carte brunch menu and are looking for someone who takes pride in their food, works well in a rapid-paced cafe environment, and helps maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistent standard, with attention to quality and presentation.

Managing food preparation and kitchen organisation during service.

Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste.

Supporting and assisting with the training of junior team members where required.

Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.





About You:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

Breakfast and brunch cooking experience preferred, but not essential.

Strong cooking skills and a good understanding of food safety.

Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure.

A positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
