- Small Doses Cafe is looking for an experienced shop manager to help grow the business. This is a uniqueopportunity in an area where building community connection and customer loyalty is significant.

- Required work experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time work experience in the relevant field

Required qualification:

Minimum AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma degree in the relevant field

- You would be responsible for:

- Managing day to day operations of the cafe

- Determining menu offerings, stock levels and customer service standards.

- Developing and implementing purchasing, promotional and marketing strategies, including menu pricing.

- Promoting the cafe's food, beverages and services to attract customers and increase sales.





- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, supplier orders, and sales.

- Managing budgets, monitoring expenditure and overseeing the businesses financial performance.

- Recruiting, training, supervising and supporting staff to ensure productive cafe operations and high service standards.

- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety regulations and relevant hospitality standards.
