PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST – MOTOR MECHANIC WORKSHOP

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Receptionist to join our busy motor mechanic workshop.

This is a part-time position, currently 2 consecutive days per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when our other receptionist is away on annual leave or unavailable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will help with the day-to-day administration and reception duties of the workshop.

Duties will include:

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Booking and managing customer appointments
Greeting customers and providing friendly customer service
Updating customer and vehicle information
Using computers and workshop management systems
Communicating with mechanics and workshop staff
General reception and administrative duties
Following up customers when required

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and well presented
Reliable and punctual




Confident speaking and communicating in English
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
Able to use a computer confidently
Organised and able to multitask
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Interested in the automotive industry

Some knowledge or experience with cars and the automotive industry would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
