We are looking for an industry experienced Carpenter to join our organization.
Crafted Cladding & Construction Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team in Metropolitan Melbourne area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality carpentry work across residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials with precision
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures including frameworks, walls, floors, doors, windows, and cabinetry
• Install formwork, framing, cladding, decking, and finishing elements as required
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with Australian building codes and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors, trades, and subcontractors to meet project timelines




• Conduct general site duties including setting out, levelling, and basic concreting support where required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with WHS (Work Health & Safety) requirements
• Identify and report defects, hazards, or material shortages promptly
• Carry out repairs, renovations, and maintenance work across residential and/or commercial sites
• Follow instructions and adapt to changing site conditions and project needs
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of building and safety regulations
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Physically fit and able to work on active construction sites
• White Card (Construction Induction) required
• Trade qualification in Carpentry (preferred)
