You’ll translate forecasts into rosters, own the training matrix, and partner with site leaders and suppliers to ensure readiness and consistency. We value robust analytics, experience with LMS and payroll systems, and the ability to influence leaders. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
