Endeavour Group's Brighton Beach Hotel is seeking a hands-on Bistro Supervisor who thrives in a pub setting and loves looking after guests with passion for food and drinks.

You will lead the bistro team daily, ensure health and safety, induction and training, promote loyalty programs, and work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef to grow the food offer, while upholding RSA compliance and a robust culture of responsibility.
