Our client is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians for ongoing shop fit-out projects across the Perth metropolitan area. This is a great opportunity for qualified electricians with commercial electrical experience who are looking for ongoing work, competitive rates and an immediate start.
You’ll be working on a variety of commercial and retail shop fit-out projects, carrying out electrical installations and fit-off work while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship. Suitable candidates must hold a current WA Electrical Licence and be confident working both independently and as part of a team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out commercial electrical installations
- Installing cable trays, conduit and electrical cabling
- Completing electrical terminations and fit-off work
- Reading and interpreting electrical plans and drawings
- Following site safety procedures and requirements
- Working with site supervisors and project teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Supporting project completion targets across multiple fit-out sites
What you’ll need:
- Current WA Electrical Licence
- Proven commercial electrical installation experience
- Previous experience in commercial construction or retail shop fit-outs
- White Card
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings
- Reliable transport
- Own basic electrical tools
- EWP Ticket advantageous but not essential
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Valuable communication skills and a focus on quality workmanship
- Flexibility to work across various Perth metropolitan locations
