The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a respected South Australian developer-builder to appoint a Site Manager for an immediate start.

The successful candidate will commence on a fit-out project in Kent Town before taking the lead on a $30 million apartment development in Port Adelaide.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day site operations across fit-out and multi-unit residential projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors,



trades and suppliers to maintain program and productivity.
- Drive site safety, quality assurance and compliance across all stages of construction.
- Monitor construction progress, manage site resources and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and uphold high standards of workmanship.
- Build a positive, accountable site culture that supports collaboration and strong project outcomes.

You are a hands-on Site Manager who takes ownership of site delivery, leads by example and understands what it takes to bring a project in safely, on time and to a high standard.

You will bring:

- Proven experience managing commercial construction or multi-unit residential projects.
