Metford Community Baptist Church in the Maitland region of the Hunter Valley seeks an Associate Pastor/Ministry Worker to lead youth and young adult ministries, nurture faith, and engage families with the church and school communities. Working with the Lead Pastor and volunteers, the role develops youth ministries, supports afternoon services, and builds connections in the local community through the Maitland Christian School partnership.
