Bring your leadership experience to a role where no two days are the same. We are looking for a reliable, capable Venue Manager who enjoys working with people, takes pride in running an organised workplace and knows how to create memorable customer experiences.

This position could suit an experienced supervisor or manager seeking a lively, hands-on role with a mix of team leadership, customer service and day-to-day business operations.

What You Will Bring

- At least one year of supervisory or management experience
- A calm, practical leadership style and the ability to lead by example
- A robust customer-service mindset
- Confidence working independently and making sound decisions
- Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays and some late evenings
- The ability to open and close the venue independently
- A First Aid certificate and RSA or RMLV qualification would be advantageous

Experience in escape rooms is not required. We value leadership, reliability and transferable skills, and training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of casual Game Masters
- Maintain consistently high customer-service standards
- Train, mentor and motivate team members
- Prepare rosters and help maintain a positive,



dependable team
- Oversee daily venue operations, including opening and closing
- Coordinate repairs and ensure the venue remains clean, safe and well presented
- Order supplies and replacement items
- Implement in-venue marketing initiatives
- Liaise with owners, head office and service providers
- Manage booking payments, reconciliations, staffing costs and operational reports
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues
