You will oversee daily operations, training, and the delivery of the Best Experience to customers, while reporting to the Site Manager. The role involves rostering, stock accuracy, safety compliance, and driving sales through merchandising and KPI monitoring. Weekend rosters and some public holiday work are required; a supportive culture and growth opportunities are on offer.
