Geyer Valmont is seeking a Leading Hand to oversee the day-to-day running of our site, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. This position offers mentorship and a explicit path toward site leadership within a dynamic, design-led construction team. Ideal candidates will have a trade qualification, strong communication skills, and experience with MS Project. Saturday availability may be required from time to time as projects demand.
