- Previous experience in agencyrecruitment, internal talent acquisition or HR coordination, with strongstakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skillswith the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a high-qualitycandidate and hiring manager experience.
- Confident using Microsoft Office,particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, with the ability to learn newsystems quickly.
- Experience using recruitment, HRor CRM systems (ATS experience highly regarded).
- A passion for buildingrelationships and contributing to projects that enhance employee and candidateexperiences. The role: As a Talent Acquisition Advisor,you will manage end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio while partneringwith hiring managers to identify and attract the best talent for our business.
You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience,supporting our Talent Acquisition strategy and contributing to a range of people-focused projects and initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitmentactivities across a portfolio of roles, from job briefing through to offer andonboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers tounderstand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies and provide recruitmentadvice throughout the hiring process.




- Conduct candidate screening,interviews and talent mapping to identify high-quality candidates for currentand future opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, assessmentsand recruitment activity, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates andhiring managers.
- Manage reference checks,background screening, employment contracts and other pre-employmentrequirements.
- Prepare and publish jobadvertisements across a range of recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain talentpipelines to support future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruitmentdata, reporting and candidate records within our ATS.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisitioninitiatives, including our national student program, talent attractionactivities and broader recruitment projects.
