Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate multiple EIC work teams across site
- Ensure all work is executed safely and in accordance with site procedures
- Promote a solid safety culture and lead by example
- Plan and allocate labour effectively across maintenance and project activities
- Liaise with maintenance planners, engineers and client representatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory and site requirements
- Provide mentoring and leadership to tradespeople and apprentices
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven ability to effectively supervise multiple teams (2–5 personnel per crew)
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Safety as the highest operational priority
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Strong problem-solving capability in live operational environments
- High level of professionalism and accountability




- Ability to work within a structured maintenance strategy Requirements Applicants must hold:
- Previous Supervisory Experience in mining or heavy industry
- Qualified NSW Electrical Licence
- Current Work at Heights
- Current LVR/CPR
- Current Drivers Licence Highly regarded:
- Construction and/or Project Experience
- Current EWP Licence
- Instrumentation Licence
- Experience within CHPP or Fixed Plant environments
