Sharp & Carter is seeking a hands-on Finance Operations Manager for a growing hospitality group in Melbourne. You will own the day-to-day finance function across multiple venues, partner with Directors and Venue Managers, manage cash flow and deliver weekly management reports. Reporting to the Directors, you will drive profitability, improve reporting, and support recent venue openings and acquisitions while liaising with offshore AR/AP support.
