About This Opportunity

Gough Recruitment is building a talent pool of junior Contract Administrators for upcoming roles with Perth builders and contractors across commercial, residential and fit-out construction. When a role comes up that fits, you’ll be the first person we call.

The Position

You’ll support senior CAs and Project Managers with the commercial side of construction projects. You’ll learn how projects are procured, priced, claimed and closed out, and take on more responsibility as you go.

Key Responsibilities

- Help prepare procurement documents and gather quotes from subbies and suppliers
- Put together quote comparisons and scope reviews for trade packages
- Help prepare progress claims and check subcontractor invoices
- Log and track variations, and keep cost reports up to date
- Look after contract registers, correspondence and project documentation




- Support final account close-out

The Criteria

You’ll bring:

- Up to 2 years in a contracts, project coordination or QS support role, or a recent construction qualification
- A degree, diploma or certificate in construction management, quantity surveying or a related field (or currently studying)
- Strong Excel skills and a good eye for detail
- An interest in the commercial side of construction
- Clear communication and a willingness to learn
- A current driver’s license and White Card
- Full Australian working rights
