We're recruiting an experienced, licensed Strata Manager to join an established and growing strata management business based in Parramatta.

What's on Offer?
- $100,000–$130,000 base salary + super , depending on experience.
- Additional 20% commission opportunity.
- 45% of Schedule B fees , with strong earning potential.

- Monthly RDO , excluding January and December.
- Two days working from home once established in the role, typically after 3–6 months.
- Monday to Friday working week.

About the Role
You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 50 buildings and 800 lots , taking ownership of client relationships, building operations and the delivery of high-quality strata management services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of your portfolio.
- Building solid relationships with committees, owners and stakeholders.
- Facilitating committee meetings and AGMs.
- Resolving complex strata matters and providing practical solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
- Managing competing priorities while maintaining excellent client service.

We're looking for a confident and motivated Strata Manager who brings:
- Previous strata management experience.
- The relevant licence required for the role.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing committees, AGMs and complex strata matters.
- A sound understanding of strata legislation and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Experience with Strata Master, File Smart or Strata Boat will be advantageous.
