ROLLER is seeking a Tech Lead to mentor and shape a high-performance engineering squad in Sydney. You’ll stay 70–80% hands-on, steer technical direction, and ship features across backend services and Angular interfaces used by thousands of guests daily. You’ll collaborate with product and design, drive responsible engineering practices, and help scale a global platform leveraging AWS services. You’ll also mentor engineers and participate in hiring to grow the team.
