We are seeking a Boilermaker to join our team ASAP!

Responsibilities

· - Read blueprints/plans for the specifications ofthe job, including position and dimensions of the parts to be assembled orrepaired

· - Follow instructions from supervisors

· - Cut, mould and weld metal/steel to fix faults,and weld and bolt parts of the structure together

· - Competence in arc, MIG and TIG welding





· - Use hand tools, flame torches and othermachinery to shape, cut and weld sections of metal

· - Identify problems and solve them in a timelymanner

· - Adhere to Work, HealthandSafetypolicies and procedures

· - Participate in company toolbox talks

· - Other general duties as required

Requirements

· - CertificateIII or IV in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) - Desired not essential

· - Forkliftlicence –Desired not essential

· - WhiteCard for employment in the construction industry

· - Excellentproblem-solving skills

· - Strongattention to detail
