Astoria Bar Ké Grill is a Greek restaurant excited to introduce authentic flavours and a warm atmosphere to our community. We’re seeking a qualified Chef to join our small, dynamic team and contribute to our culinary vision.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation and presentation.
- Prepare and create authentic Greek dishes using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient kitchen service and workflow.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu planning and special events.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified chef with culinary training and professional kitchen experience, preferably in Mediterranean or Greek cuisine.
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen management.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork in a small environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A creative spirit and eagerness to contribute to a new dining experience.
