We're looking for a National Retail Manager totake full ownership of our national retail operations, with aprimary focus on growing Supp Society alongside our wider retailbrands. You'll drive revenue across in-club retail, apparel andmerchandise, e-commerce, smoothie bars, and supplements, turningretail into a genuine secondary revenue engine for the business.
With full P&L; and budget ownership, you'll lead the nationalrollout of retail and supplement offerings, oversee stock, supply,and inventory frameworks, and manage margin performance across thenetwork. Leading our Retail Area Managers, you'll bring the nationalretail team together while partnering closely with Operations,Marketing, Procurement, and Finance to deliver commercial outcomesthat stick. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop the national retail team,



holdingRetail Area Managers accountable through regular one-on-ones,store visits, and performance reviews
- Drive the national rollout of Supp Society, owning the sitepipeline, fit-out, opening timelines, and a repeatable storeopening playbook
- Own the national retail P&L; and budget, includingforecasting, revenue, margin, and operating costs across thenetwork
- Manage stock, supply, and ordering frameworks, keeping theright product on shelves while minimising overstock andshrinkage
- Monitor and lift margin performance by store, category, andproduct through pricing, range, and supplier strategy
- Spot new products, trends, and sales channels acrossin-club retail, e-commerce, and smoothie bars to growrevenue
- Design and roll out training programs so club teams canconfidently sell and promote retail and supplementproducts
- Partner closely with Club Operations, Marketing,Procurement, and Finance to keep retail initiatives aligned andcommercially sound SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE We are looking for someone with: Education & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing,Fitness, Retail Management, or a related discipline(desirable)
- Relevant industry certifications in retail, fitness,health, or supplements (advantageous) Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience, with a collaborative styleand the ability to build strong relationships across thebusiness




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with theability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience forecasting,setting targets, and driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated P&L; and budget ownership across amulti-site retail network
- Proven project management experience, including leading amulti-site retail rollout or network expansion from sitepipeline through to store opening, on time and on budget
- Solid operational retail experience across stockmanagement, ordering, supply chain, and shrinkage control
