The Role:

Our Relay store offers a range of endless selection of in-flight reading options, from the latest newspapers, business, sports, or lifestyle magazines, or a new novel to sink your teeth in to. The latest range of best selling books are always circulating in Relay , ready for you to pick up before your flight. Looking to upgrade your tech before boarding? Relay features a mix of tech-accessories from headphones, chargers and other gadgets to help you cure your boredom. Finally, grab some snacks or drinks to curb any in-flight hunger that might pop up with Relay's wide range of treats.

We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Cairns Airport . If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

*Available for at least 2-3 days per week
*Availability for both early mornings/late-night shifts would be a big bonus! ✅(4:30AM starts, store closes 10:00PM)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales




✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
