The role involves assisting with daily activities, health needs, personal care, and accompanying clients to community events, with a rotating 24/7 roster including some sleepovers and weekend shifts. You will be part of a compassionate, strengths-based team and contribute to helping clients reach their goals while maintaining dignity and autonomy.
