Internal Sales & Branch Operations Coordinator
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape Maitland
Work Arrangement: Fully on-site
Role Overview
A hands-on, multi-functional role covering internal sales, customer service, administration, stock control and warehouse operations. The successful candidate must manage the full sales process from quotation to delivery or collection , while ensuring the smooth running of the Cape Town branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and follow-ups.
- Process orders, invoices, payments and customer collections.
- Pick, pack, dispatch orders and arrange courier deliveries.
- Receive, record and manage stock, replenishment and stocktakes.
- Process tools sent for repairs and goods returned for credit.
- Manage petty cash, customer payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate sales, stock and customer records.
- Liaise with the main branch to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Prioritise daily tasks and assist with general branch operations.

Minimum Requirements

- Matric (Grade 12).
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in internal sales, sales administration, stock control or warehouse operations.
- Experience in quotations, order processing,



invoicing and inventory management.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and an ERP, CRM or stock management system.
- Robust numerical, organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and perform under pressure.
- Willingness to undertake hands-on warehouse duties and handle customer payments.

Ideal Candidate: Proactive, reliable and organised, with strong customer service skills and the ability to switch between administrative, sales and practical warehouse duties.
Monthly Package

- Basic Salary: R14,000
- Provident Allowance: R2,100 (after successful probation)
- Average Commission: R6,000 per month, dependent on turnover
- Medical Aid: 50% company contribution
- Insurance: 100% company contribution towards life, disability and funeral cover (after successful probation)
- December Bonus: At management’s discretion, based on company and individual performance

Please note: This is a fully on-site, hands-on position requiring responsibility for the complete sales and order fulfilment process, as well as day-to-day branch operations.
