TeamKids Ripley is seeking a dedicated Second in Charge (2IC) to lead and enrich daily OSHC programs for primary-aged children. This permanent, part-time role offers hands-on leadership with a supportive Director of Service, and a clear path to growth within a values-driven OSHC setting. You'll work 25 hours per week across split shifts (7:00-9:00am and 2:15-5:15pm), Monday to Friday, at our Ripley service. Prior experience helps, but training is provided.
