Novita is recruiting for a Parental Leave Payroll Officer to deliver accurate end-to-end payroll for around 1,200 staff across multiple awards. You will ensure compliance with EA, SCHADS, and Retail Awards, handle leave processing, reconciliations, and payroll reporting. The role focuses on continuous improvement of payroll processes and reporting within a supportive, values-driven team. The contract runs from November 2026 to September 2027, with access to salary packaging, superannuation
