Short Term Assignment | Forklift Operator | Event Set Up
- Newcastle 01st October, 2026 Stafflink Workforce Management is seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators & Event Set-Up Labourers for an upcoming event in Newcastle.
- Thursday 22nd – Saturday 24th October
- $35 per hour
- 6–8 hour shifts – finish times may vary depending on event requirements
- Newcastle The Role
- Event site set-up and pack-down
- Operating a forklift as required
- Assisting with marquees, temporary fencing and general event infrastructure
- Manual handling and general labouring dutiesWorking as part of a qualified event team
- Remaining on your feet and physically active throughout the shift
- Current Forklift Licence & experience for forklift operators
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Previous event or construction experience highly regarded We’re Looking For
