Carinity Education Southside is seeking a Youth Worker to place student wellbeing at the centre of practice, providing therapeutic support and leading casework management in partnership with teachers and youth workers. You will develop support plans, monitor interventions, respond to crises and supervise Youth Workers to promote protected, learning-ready environments. A Bachelor of Social Work, experience with at-risk young people, a Blue Card and a valid open driver's licence are required.
