ARCway Careers is offering a hands-on trainee Production Operator role in New South Wales. No experience is required; full training is provided. You’ll learn to operate packaging and production equipment in a safe, regulated workplace, while earning a wage and pursuing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Process Manufacturing. The role runs on an afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm. You should be reliable, safety-focused and keen to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
