The role offers base salary + super + uncapped commission, with you acting as the second closer and reporting to the Head of Growth. You will lead discovery, growth evaluations, proposals, negotiations and final sign-offs. You will engage founders and finance leaders, build audits linking performance to profitability, and manage deals end-to-end.
